If you connected your account through another company's application, that company is usually the fastest way to get help with it. You can always contact us directly.
Connecting an account
Accounts are connected from a Customer's application or a workwae connect page. You sign in with Google, Microsoft, Zoom or Webex and approve the access shown on their consent screen; workwae never sees your Google, Microsoft, Zoom or Webex password. What each permission is used for is listed in our Privacy Policy.
Using workwae with Zoom
Adding
- Choose Zoom when the application connecting your calendar offers it.
- Sign in to Zoom and approve workwae's access.
- You return to the application, and your Zoom account shows as connected.
Using
When an event on your connected calendar is created with Zoom as its online meeting, workwae creates the Zoom meeting and puts its join link on the event. Moving the event moves the meeting; deleting or cancelling the event deletes the meeting. workwae does not access recordings, chat, transcripts or participant lists.
Removing
- Disconnect Zoom in the application you connected it from. workwae revokes its access with Zoom and deletes the stored tokens immediately.
- Or, in Zoom, open the Zoom App Marketplace, go to Manage > Added Apps, and remove workwae. Zoom notifies us, and we delete the Zoom data we hold for your connection.
Meetings already created stay in your Zoom account until you delete them there.
Removing access for other accounts
- Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions
- Microsoft: myapps.microsoft.com (work or school) or account.live.com/consent/Manage (personal)
- Webex: your Webex account settings, or ask us to disconnect it.
To have data deleted, disconnect the account in the application you used, or email privacy@workwae.com. Deletion timelines are in the Privacy Policy.
